What We Provide:

What We Do Not Provide:

- Guaranteed wins or accurate predictions

- User-generated content (users cannot share predictions)
- Betting transaction processing

No Guarantees:
We make no guarantees about prediction accuracy, success rates, or profitability. All predictions are opinions only. Sports outcomes are unpredictable. You may lose money when betting.

Your Responsibility:
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your betting decisions. You use our predictions at your own risk. You will not hold BeGoal liable for any losses.

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeGoal is not liable for any financial losses from betting, incorrect predictions, or any damages arising from app use.

You must be 18 years or older to use BeGoal. By using the app, you confirm you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for complying with all local laws. Sports betting may be illegal in your jurisdiction.

Credit Purchases:
- Credits are purchased through in-app purchases (App Store/Play Store)
- Premium predictions require credits to view
- Some content is available for free

No Refunds Policy:
- All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
- We do not refund credits for incorrect predictions
- We do not refund credits for betting losses
- Unused credits are forfeited if you delete your account

All predictions, analysis, and content are owned by BeGoal and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content. You may not share premium content with others.

You agree not to:

- Share your account or credits with others
- Hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the app
- Use automated tools or bots
- Resell or redistribute our predictions
- Violate any laws while using the app

Violation may result in account termination without refund.

You may delete your account at any time, forfeiting all unused credits. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms or fraudulent activity. No refunds will be provided upon termination.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, predictions will be accurate, or the service will be uninterrupted. You use the app at your own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first, then arbitration or court proceedings in Turkey if necessary.
