Contact SupportFrequently Asked Questions
Are my photos uploaded to any server or cloud?
No, never. Swipora operates with 100% on-device processing. We do not have servers, and none of your photos, videos, or metadata ever leave your iPhone. All duplicate detection, swipe sorting, and preview rendering occur locally on your device.
Why does Swipora need access to my Photo Library?
Swipora requires iOS Photo Library access solely to display your photos inside the app, help you review duplicate and similar images, and request deletion when you decide to clean an item. You can grant full or limited access through iOS Settings at any time.
What happens when I delete a photo in Swipora?
Swipora uses Apple's official PhotoKit framework. Whenever you delete photos, iOS prompts for your confirmation, and the selected photos are moved to the Recently Deletedalbum in your Apple Photos app. Nothing is permanently destroyed immediately, and you have 30 days to restore any photo.
Do I need an account or internet connection to use the app?
No account is required. You can launch Swipora and start cleaning immediately without signing in, registering, or entering personal information. The app also works completely offline since no server connection is ever needed.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
If you subscribed to Swipora Pro, your subscription is managed directly by Apple. You can manage or cancel it at any time by opening your iPhone Settings > [Your Apple ID] > Subscriptions.
How do I change photo permissions later?
You can change permissions at any time by going to your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Swipora. You can switch between "Full Access", "Limited Access", or "None".
