1Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Swipora: Photo Cleaner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2Description of Service
Swipora: Photo Cleaner is an iOS utility application designed to help users organize, review, and clean photos and videos in their local device photo library using intuitive swipe gestures and smart on-device categorization.
3User Responsibilities & Photo Deletion
Your Authorization: You represent and warrant that you are the owner or authorized user of the device and photo library accessed by Swipora.
Deletion Safeguards: Swipora uses Apple's official PhotoKit APIs to request deletion of photos. When you confirm deletion, photos are moved to the iOS 'Recently Deleted' album. While this provides a 30-day recovery window within Apple Photos, you are responsible for reviewing your selected items prior to confirming deletion.

4Subscriptions and Billing
Premium Access:
- Swipora may offer optional premium features via subscription or one-time purchase.
- Pricing is clearly displayed within the app prior to purchase and may vary by region.
Billing & Renewal:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
Refunds:
- All payments are handled directly by Apple according to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support.

5Intellectual Property
The Swipora application, its visual design, icons, logos, code, and user interface are the exclusive property of VayVay and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the application without prior written permission.
6Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Swipora is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind. While the app is designed with Apple PhotoKit safeguards, VayVay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, including accidental photo deletion.
7Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
